Corporate Social Responsibility
It's part of who we are
At Jacobs Amupolo Lawyers, Corporate Social Responsibility is not a programme - it is
part of who we are.
We believe that Namibia's future depends on meaningful partnerships between
business, communities and individuals. As a proudly Namibian law firm, we are
committed to making a positive contribution beyond the practice of law by supporting
initiatives that strengthen communities, promote healthy living, encourage professional
growth and create lasting social impact.

Community Engagement
Strong communities create strong nations.
We actively support initiatives that promote education, mentorship, youth development, public safety and community participation. Our involvement extends beyond financial support and includes the contribution of time, knowledge and professional expertise.
Through partnerships with educational institutions, community organisations, youth programmes and public institutions, we strive to create opportunities that empower individuals and strengthen communities.
Our commitment includes:

Personal Wellbeing & Healthy Living
We believe that healthy people build healthy communities.
Within our firm, we promote a positive working environment that encourages professional growth, personal wellbeing and work-life balance. We support initiatives that encourage physical activity, healthy living and meaningful social interaction.
Our commitment includes:
The Kuiseb Gravel Cycling Event
The Kuiseb Run is one of Jacobs Amupolo Lawyers' flagship community initiatives. Events like the Kuiseb Run help build trust and long-term relationships, while reinforcing our brand values and community commitment. It’s our way of showing that we are not just legal advisors - we are also active contributors to the social fabric of Namibia.
Held annually, this social gravel cycling event covers approximately 96 kilometres from Windhoek to the iconic Kuiseb Bridge via the scenic C26 and D1982 routes. The event attracts hundreds of cyclists from across Namibia and has become a recognised fixture on the local cycling calendar.
